1 injured after shooting, armed robbery on Aurora

The Seattle Police Department (SPD) is currently investigating a shooting and armed robbery on Aurora.

One person was injured by gunfire in the 8700 block of Aurora Avenue North at the John Fox Place Apartments, .

When police arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest

Neighbors, like Nina Ross, heard the gunshots.

“I heard two loud bangs, and I thought a scream, but it didn’t all click until I came to take the dog outside, and I saw all the police in the lobby and on my floor and down here,” Ross told 成人X站 Newsradio. “And I said, ‘Oh god, that’s what it was.’ I saw them walk the guy out right now in handcuffs.”

The man was transported to Harborview, where he is undergoing surgery. Authorities said he is expected to survive.
