Amazon hiring for 2K jobs, offering signing bonus for vaccine proof

Across the United States and Canada, Amazon is aiming to hire 75,000 new employees in its fulfillment and logistics network, including hiring for more than 2,000 jobs in Washington state alone.
New Amazon Fulfillment Center to open in Arlington
The open roles offer an average starting wage of $17 an hour, with $1,000 signing bonuses in many locations, plus an additional $100 for those new hires who show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
“We look forward to hiring 75,000 associates across our fulfillment and transportation network,” said Alicia Boler Davis, Vice President of Global Customer Fulfillment at Amazon. “Working at Amazon also comes with an unwavering commitment to safety, especially as we continue to navigate a global pandemic. In addition to the great pay and robust benefits available to new hires starting on their first day, we鈥檙e offering a $100 benefit to any new hire who comes to Amazon already vaccinated for COVID-19.鈥
