Amber Alert canceled for 5-year-old boy

Washington State Patrol has canceled an Amber Alert issued for a boy reported missing from Grays Harbor County on Tuesday.

Timothy Cooper, 5, was taken by his father, who doesn’t have custody, according to the state patrol.

The father, Thomas Cooper, has a history of suicide attempts and threats. He may also have an untreated mental illness.

Cooper was believed to be driving a 2001 silver Nissan Xterra with a trailer hitch and Washington license plate # B-Q-R-9-5-6-7.
