Fatal crash in Everett shuts down Evergreen Way until further notice

Evergreen Way is closed in both directions after a fatal crash occurred, the Everett Police Department (EPD) confirmed .

Two cars collided with a motorcycle at approximately 12 p.m. Thursday in South Everett at the corner of S.W. Everett Mall Way and Evergreen Way.

According to EPD, one person died in the crash. Everett Police has shut down Evergreen Way near the 10400 block as they investigate the crash further.

Drivers are being asked to avoid the area, as there is no estimated time to reopen.
