Five teens assault, rob man in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood

Five teens were arrested for assaulting and robbing a 25-year-old man Tuesday night in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood.

One of the suspects pulled out what looked to be a handgun and pointed it at the man.
“The group then joined in and began punching the victim,” said Seattle Police Detective Drew Fowler.
The group took the man’s cell phone and ran.
The man suffered minor cuts and abrasions and denied medical attention.
Officers later found a group of teenagers, some of which were identified by the man as the suspects. Four boys and a girl were arrested. Two of the boys were booked into King County Youth Services, Fowler said. The rest of the suspects were released to relatives.
Officers also found the handgun, which turned out to be a realistic-looking BB gun, Fowler said.
