A large brush fire that was quickly approaching the IKEA distribution center in the Spanaway-Frederickson area is under control.
East Pierce firefighters responded to the 3-alarm fire.
KING 5 reports smoke set off alarms in the area, but no buildings caught fire.
192nd is closed from Canyon to 38th, according to the Central Pierce Fire Department.
