Murray to Harrell to Burgess: Seattle mayoral news for the history books

Seattle voters will choose a new mayor on Tuesday, and either Jenny Durkan or Cary Moon will become only the second female mayor in the city鈥檚 history.

And rather than waiting until January to be sworn in, Durkan or Moon will succeed Mayor Tim Burgess shortly after the election results are certified.
