Wednesday night’s Top Chef contestants will compete to see who’s lucky enough to make it to Seattle in the
The chefs will be put through their paces in Los Angeles and Las Vegas before judges Tom Colicchio and Padma Lakshmi decide who will move on to the Seattle competition. Judge Emeril Lagasse hopes to see the contestants make an excellent soup.
Colicchio, on the other hand, wants to see the chefs’ knife skills, making them de-bone fish and butcher meat.
Chef Hugh Acheson and Wolfgang Puck also make an appearance in Wednesday night’s episode.

However, there are no local contestants.
“I was stunned when I was told that there was no local chef on the show, but they did try. They didn’t make the cut,” said Thierry Rautureau of 成人X站 Radio’s Seattle Kitchen Show. Rautureau appears on the show as a guest judge, alongside co-host and restauranteur Tom Douglas.
“I can name five chefs off the top of my head who would make it,” said Thierry. “With the talent we have in this town, you should be able to find someone.”
While Thierry said there are plenty of good cooks here, he thinks maybe a chef of that caliber might not be interested in being on a reality show. It’s a little different and a big commitment.
