Problems with an expansion joint on NB I-5 into Seattle were resolved around 10 a.m. Friday, but not before they caused major problems on the roads.

Several roadways into the city, including I-90, were backed up as crews from the Washington State Department of Transportation made repairs to the road near the Seneca exit.

We've got the right lane blocked on NB 5 just past Seneca where lanes merge into NB 5. Plan for delays, avoid area.

成人X站 Radio’s Chris Sullivan reported there were at least 30- to 40-minute delays. SeaTac to Seattle was about 50 minutes.
