Woman, 1-year-old child injured in SeaTac shooting

A woman and a 1-year-old child were seriously injured in a Saturday morning shooting in a SeaTac home.
Deputies said the shooting happened around 10 a.m. near the 15200 block of 30th Avenue South.
Both victims were in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center. the woman鈥檚 condition was later upgraded to satisfactory.
that the suspect in the shooting, 46-year-old Dion Johnson, apparently killed himself on Sunday.
鈥淭he preliminary evidence is that he took his own life as deputies were arriving to contact him,鈥 Sheriff鈥檚 Office spokesperson Tim Meyer told the Times.
Deputies were meeting the man at a gas station in Skyway, according to the Times.
Johnson was wanted for attempted murder, felony assault, and attempted kidnapping, according to the King County Sheriff’s Department.
His Ford van was recovered on Saturday in the 5100 block of S. Bond St. in Seattle.
