The sun has barely started peeking out from behind the clouds, and we’re already thinking about fall. At least we’re thinking about fall for good reason: It brings some excellent music a la the City Arts Fest 2011. They released their lineup a few weeks ago, which features great acts like Built to Spill and Robyn, but today you can start buying wristbands that will get you all sorts of access to the many venues all over Seattle that will play host to the fest.
