We have made some changes to MyNorthwest.com that we think will enhance your experience.

Personalize
You can now add a photo and signature to your profile.

Real-Time Traffic
In our new traffic section, you can Set Live Cameras on your route home. Then it just takes a quick glance at the page before you leave work to know what you should expect on the roadways.

Connect
Connect with your favorite on-air personalities and staff. At the new Connect Page you will find links to all our on-air staff and writers’ personal twitter and facebook pages. Get rid of the middle man, communicate with these guys directly.

News
There’s more news! We’ve added new categories of coverage including powered by GeekWire and a new Real Estate section.

Neighborhood news
We’re now offering news at the neighborhood level. Set now to get local headlines, traffic, weather alerts, and a list of community events within a few miles of your home.

You tell us
When you see news happen, report it. SHARE NEWS TIPS AND PHOTOS with us. See your name in lights (or at least credited in the news story).

On Demand Audio
Our on-demand audio section captures all the best on-air moments from 97.3 成人X站 FM, 710 ESPN Seattle, and 770 KTTH. Here you’ll find featured audio highlights as well as a massive archive of everything that’s happened on-air. If you’ve heard something and you want to hear it again, or share it with a friend check the the Daily Roll for all the podcasted audio from the day. Click on any of the audio segments on the daily roll to find a SHAREABLE PLAYER that can be emailed or posted to facebook and other social media pages.

Note: If you see the headphone icon next to a headline, it means there’s something to listen to with that story.

Get Out
We are trying to give you the best event calendar available for the greater Puget Sound area. Scroll through calendar offerings to find something fun to do and add an event of your own. There’s also other lifestyle offerings on this page, don’t miss our movie reviews, NW Travel, and NW Wine sections.

Sports
You’ll find more of our latest headlines and improved access to audio heard on your favorite shows. Look for the chatter bar when a good show topic heats up.

Extra goodies
‘Don’t Miss This’ features items on the website you can’t live without (find these items featured in links across the top of the page.) Also you can now learn more about our on-air hosts, reporters and bloggers. Click on a writer’s bylines to find a link to their personal page including contact information.

What do you think of the new site? Tell us in the comments.
