How young is too young for Botox?

A California mother has been giving her 8-year-old daughter Botox injections to keep up with other girls in beauty pageants.
“A lot of the moms there, they’re giving their kids Botox. It’s pretty much like the thing. I’m not the only that does it. A lot of moms do it,” said Kerry Campbell.
She told “Good Morning America” that her daughter was complaining about wrinkles. “It’s a tough world in the pageant world, I’m telling you. The kids are harsh.”
Britney said it hurt at first, but she’s gotten used to it.
