Just say no…to ‘Coning’! Fighting back against Internet idiocy

‘Coning’ has been all the rage with those crazy kids the last few months…at least those crazy kids who see something stupid on the internet, then video themselves doing it too and post it online.
‘Coning’ involves ordering an ice cream cone, then grabbing it by the ice cream. Oh the hilarity…

Not everyone is amused. “I don’t see the excuse for making other people’s lives harder when you’re there as a guest of the restaurant,” laments KTTH’s David Boze as he lambasted the trend on the John Curley Show.
But thankfully, one brave hero has stood up to the stupidity. A McDonald’s employee stopped a young woman as she was about to pull off the drive-through prank. That won plenty of applause from many, including Boze. “It’s so refreshing to see somebody standing up for themselves and not putting up with this stuff,” Boze says.

A little sanity is restored:

But even more baffling to many is the fact she posted her failed prank on You Tube.
“The manager owned them, and they put it up like they were the cool ones,” Dori Monson laughed as he and producer Jake ridiculed them for their idiocy. “They didn’t even see how stupid they look in the video.”
