Many Seattle media outlets said they were going to stop reporting on Amanda Knox once she got home from Italy.

Seattle’s independent and outspoken weekly had no qualms with not joining in on such an agreement. It’s not like they’re following her around. (Although, photographers for British tabloids are still hanging around town.)

One of The Stranger’s writers did find a friend of a friend of a friend that lives in the same apartment building as Knox in Seattle’s . He or she spills the beans on what it’s like to run into her or her boyfriend when they awkwardly arrive at their apartment’s front door at the same time.

The take-away: Amanda Knox seems nice, and the special fried rice from Uwajimaya is good.
