Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary frontman of Black Sabbath and godfather of heavy metal, has passed away at 76, just weeks after his final concert.

He died peacefully at home, surrounded by family, after a long battle with Parkinson鈥檚 disease and a farewell performance attended by 40,000 fans in Birmingham.鈥�
