Hood Canal Bridge back open after winds hit 50 mph

WSDOT said the gusts hit the 50 mph range and that wind had been coming out of the southwest and directly into the bridge.

Officials closely monitored the weather and reopened the bridge once the winds decreased. Traffic has resumed.
