1 dead, multiple injured after ‘major’ crash in Pierce County

One man is dead and multiple other people are injured after a crash in Pierce County Tuesday afternoon, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) reported.
“The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office is responding to a major vehicle collision with one juvenile fatality and multiple others seriously injured,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release to 成人X站 Newsradio.
Multiple 911 calls came in reporting a reckless car, PCSO stated. The car then crashed, moving fast and rolling multiple times before hitting a person’s car and a power pole.
One passenger, a juvenile man, died. Another passenger, also a juvenile man, was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Another passenger, also a juvenile man, was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the car that was hit, a 24-year-old man, was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The man driving, a juvenile, was arrested at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Portland Avenue East and 112th Street East.
112th Street East will be closed in both directions for several hours while law enforcement processes the scene, the sheriff’s office noted.
“Please stay out of the area while we work through this large scene,” PCSO wrote.
