Armed robbery in Puyallup ends in officer-involved shooting

An armed robbery in Puyallup ended with the suspect being shot and a busy street being closed for hours.

成人X站 7 reports police were called to a robbery at a Denny’s restaurant in the South Hill Neighborhood.

A short chase ended on South Meridian near State Route 512. That’s when police say the suspect flashed a gun and was shot by an officer.

The suspect is expected to survive.

Puyallup Police Department spokesperson Scott Engle says the suspect is a serial robber.

The investigation on South Meridian ended and the road reopened around 9:30 a.m.
