Fumes from an accidental mix of chemicals sent 12 hospital staffers and two others to the emergency room at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup Tuesday.
One patient and one visitor were among those checked for respiratory issues. All are expected to be OK.
The 286-bed hospital remained open, but an area on the third floor was evacuated for cleaning.
