Missing 7-year-old Auburn boy found safe

Devin Owens was found safe after an Amber Alert was issued Tuesday afternoon.
A 7-year-old Auburn boy is believed to be safe, after an Amber Alert was issued for him Tuesday.
Devin Owens and his mother, Kara, returned home, KING 5 reports. Devin’s father called police to notify them of his son’s return.
The Amber Alert for Devin was issued after the two were reported missing Tuesday morning. Kara Owens was recently diagnosed as bi-polar and recently made statements of taking her son “to heaven,” according to earlier reports.
