WSU female student arrested after allegedly stabbing another student

Washington State University (WSU) Police arrested a 20-year-old woman after she allegedly stabbed another student Monday morning.

Officers told 成人X站 Newsradio the woman, Tatiana Martinez, stabbed a male student in the arm just after 1 a.m. Monday at a residence hall, and is now facing assault charges.

“Martinez was located in Orton Hall and was subsequently arrested and booked into Whitman County Jail on charges of assault in the second degree,” WSU Police stated in a public release.

The suspected weapon was also recovered at the scene.

The victim, also 20 years old, is a male student from Shoreline. He was transported to Pullman Regional Hospital, but he refused treatment and, subsequently, was released. That victim was not identified.

As noted, officers from the Pullman Police Department provided assistance to WSU Police as this incident unfolded. In the meantime, WSU Police continue to investigate the incident and the circumstances surrounding it.

In its description of Orton Hall, the residence area has some floors designed for older students. In addition, Orton Hall is home to the , where students have “the unique opportunity to partner with the study abroad program.”
